I spent a couple of hours Friday afternoon with enterprising entrepreneur and real-estate investor Cris Bell, owner of M&B Financial. We started out shooting for a webdesign graphic on a white seamless background and then went into a portrait session. Cris is an incredible businessman, and great to shoot for. Here are a few...

Seamless Tutorials and Joe McNally...And David Burnett...
Hey everyone,
Here's two for one for you photographers that read me blog: Zack Arias, Atlanta based editorial photographer, posted a fantastic 4/5 part tutorial (and continuing) about using a white seamless background to do some amazing portrait work. Here are the links to the parts: 1, 2, 2b, 3, 4
Also, if you haven;t checked out the Strobist blog created and operated by photographer David Hobby, you need to...one of the latest posts is a Google Talks on YouTube video with fantastic photojournalist Joe McNally
In true photo lecture style he takes you on a 70 minute ride through his body of work and philosophy of shooting. Similarly, I posted months ago about world renowned photojournalist, David Burnett, giving a similar lecture about his experience. Both very awesome if you get the chance to watch.
Ok so it's a three for the price of one.. have fun, be inspired

Shoot for yourself...
I read an interview article with Jay Maisel where he talked about getting out there to shoot for yourself, and to concentrate on color and composition. I shot some today just for that purpose...
Here's one last one of my tired little boy. Which one is your favorite? Post a comment and let your opinion be heard
