Great Grandparents Night Out

On St. Patty's day, we took Gabriel to my parents house for corned beef and cabbage, and Gabriel's Great Grandparents, Nana and Poppop, came over to see the little guy walking all around. He was a little shy at first, but that lasted a whole minute. Here are a couple photos...

Andrew and Jen

This was a fun one. My brother-in-law and his great girlfriend Jen for came out for a portrait session in Ghent last week. We spent about an hour and a half between Stockley Gardens and the Chrysler Museum shooting in the great light of day's end. It was a blast hanging out taking some of the great shots of you two. I've gone through the images, and started doing my thing with them, though there's not much to do being that the day was gorgeous, and so were the two people being photographed. I'll call and let yous guy know when they're ready. I'll also post as soon as I've got a few to throw up here - hopefully be Wednesday. Andrew, I'll print and send you a few to tide you over until you get back from good ol' Grundy. See you both soon.

Some from Trish and Marc's Wedding

This was a fun time small family wedding in a neighborhood clubhouse in Chesapeake. The ceremony and reception were held in the same room, and the lighting was fantastic because the whole place was windows. Had a great time and we'll see you both over at Mike's place.

Amber and Ryan, great wedding! I was happy to do your video, and the dance was killer! I can't wait to see it up on Youtube. Here are few photos from the back corner out of the video. Amber, after 26 years of growing up together it was a blast to see you so happy on your wedding day.

I shot all of these from the back corner of the ceremony with the Sony HDR-HC7 HD videocamera. We bought it just before our son was born, and it's come in real handy. It's a great point and shoot coupled with an amazing quality video camera. Daniel Min was the photographer for the wedding, and did a fantastic job of capturing the moments throughout the day. Slideshow
